LW(II Type) one-time pre-installed grouting pipe is a new type of grouting pipe systems which is uniquely designed: stainless steel spring as supporting frame, a layer of non-woven cloth filter in the middle,and nylon mesh as outer layer.
It can seal any gaps ands holes on the joint area after grouting and widely used for water proof and air-tight in all kinds of concrete joints.

1.Cut injection hose to required length 6-8m,elicit the template with connecting pipe and pipe both ends, draw outside of concrete to 200-300mm.Hose(At least one end) embeded in concrete should bound with steel strongly.Plug installed on the ends to prevent impurities get into the injection pipe.Clip injection hose on even concrete surface each 200-300mm when fixing it.
2.Concrete covers to a thickness of at least 50mm.
3.Hose cross position must contact the concrete tightly,outlets overlapping allowed.
4.Distance between two parallel injection pipe at least 50 mm.
Turn radius should no less than 150mm, no bending angle, not allowed to be bounded to rebar.
Do not damage the package during transportation and storage.
Put in dry, ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight.
Prohibit from contacting acid, alkalis, oil, organic solvent,etc, insulated from heat resource.
